TARGET YOUR FEAR
Red River West, LLC’s philosophy is to provide a safe, stress-free and non-intimidating learning environment for ladies seeking the total defensive firearms training experience. The classes are FOR women and are taught BY women who are NRA certified instructors. Whether a beginner or advanced shooter, we customize our classes to address the needs of all lady shooters.
For many women, it is fear that often keeps them from stepping onto the range; fear of the noise, fear of the recoil or just a general fear of the power of the weapon. At Red River West, we realize this and will work with you to help you conquer your anxiety.
Generally, it is simply a fear of the unknown that holds many people (men and women) back when it comes to firearms. So, if fear of handling a firearm has held you back in the past, let us calm your fears by showing you how to protect your future.
“Aim at a high mark and you'll hit it. No, not the first time, nor the second time. Maybe not the third. But keep on aiming and keep on shooting for only practice will make you perfect.” - Annie Oakley

EFFECTIVE AS OF AUGUST 1, 2016 ONLY AMMUNITION MANUFACTURED BY THE FOLLOWING COMPANIES WILL BE ALLOWED AT RED RIVER WEST:
Additionally, the current restrictions remain in place:
NO steel case, steel core, armor piercing (M855, green tip, SS109, Win Q3131, Win 3131A, tungsten penetrator, black tip, etc.), xm193, tracer, incendiary, aluminum case, or communist block ammo is allowed.

Please note that only Red River West can approve or suggest ammo, not an instructor. However, check the instructor's website to ensure you have the required minimum round count.
